Job summary

Thomas Franks in Dunfermline is recruiting a Head Chef to lead our kitchen across a prestigious contract catering site. You will design seasonal menus, source fresh ingredients, and drive delivery of exceptional food and service for events and match days.

We're seeking a creative leader who can manage a busy team, uphold brand standards, training, hygiene, and safety while mentoring staff and improving efficiency. A full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary awaits the right candidate.

Hours: 40h per week

A Scottish professional football club based in the city of Dunfermline, Fife. Here we cater for a number of different events through the year ranging from corporate and private meeting & events to the absolutely enthralling match days over the course of the year. With a variety of Food & Beverage outlets to choose from, it is an outstanding venue that offers attendees a fun day out. Free parking and tickets for games.

We are looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Dunfermline.

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key responsibilities:

• To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality.
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
