Job summary

BaxterStorey in Reading is seeking a Head Chef to lead and inspire a team within a dynamic workplace hospitality setting. You will drive exceptional culinary standards and develop talent to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

You will manage budgets, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure health, safety, sustainability and governance KPIs are met while thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Head Chef or similar role.
Passion for food and creating memorable experiences.
Experience in training and supporting a team.
Strong financial skills and ability to manage budgets.
Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
Ability to prioritise multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, collaborate and support direct reports to deliver exceptional standards.
