Job summary

Baxterstorey is seeking a Head Chef in Maidenhead to lead kitchens across client sites with passion for exceptional food and service.

You will inspire and manage a team, develop menus, and ensure high standards of hygiene and financial performance while working within the Baxterstorey ethos. The role offers a permanent, full-time position in a collaborative, fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Have an obsession for food and creating experiences.
• Managing, training, and supporting a team has been an important part of your career to date.
• Financially astute with budgeting and driving commercial performance.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
