• Proven experience as Head Chef or similar role.
• Ability to manage and mentor a kitchen team.
• Financial acumen and ability to drive commercial performance.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
