BaxterStorey UK in Maidenhead is seeking a Head Chef to lead a dynamic kitchen, creating exceptional menus and delivering outstanding food and service experiences.

This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30 (40 hours per week). On-site parking is available and a uniform is provided, with a comprehensive benefits package including holidays, birthday recognition, volunteering days and parental leave options.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience working as Head Chef or similar role
• Obsessive about food and creating experiences
• Experience managing, training and supporting a team
• Financially astute with budgeting and commercial performance
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects under pressure
• Meticulous organisational skills and attention to detail
• Empathetic, clear and effective communication
