I am recruiting a Head Chef to join this boutique hotel in Wales. My client is looking for a passionate and experienced chef who will lead a dynamic kitchen.

About the position

• Lead the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining the standards.
• Oversee the creation and execution of seasonal menus using the finest local ingredients.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations and collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide an outstanding dining experience.
• Live-in accommodation available for the first 3 months.
