The Stamford Gate Hotel, located in Flintshire, is within a mile of the historic market town of Holywell. The hotel's bar and restaurant offer locally sourced ales and food, making it an ideal location for intimate dinners, social get-togethers, or full-blown events. The hotel prides itself on providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef, located in Holywell. The Head Chef will assist the Executive Head Chef with the managing of the kitchen staff, planning menus, and sourcing ingredients. Other daily tasks include overseeing food preparation, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining kitchen sanitation standards, and managing inventory. The Head Chef will also be responsible for budget management and cost control.

• Extensive culinary experience and expertise in kitchen management
• Menu planning and food sourcing skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• High standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness
• Budget management and cost control skills
