Job summary

JW Lees & Co. is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, uphold the highest standards and craft dishes to specification in a busy pub/hotel setting.

You will mentor staff, manage stock, develop in-house specials, and drive 5* scores on the doors while enjoying benefits including healthcare, profit share, and strong dining discounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team to ensure the highest standards are met across all dishes
• Cook great food and ensure every dish leaves the kitchen to specification
• Maintain excellent stock control practices
• Motivate and mentor the team, passing on skills and knowledge
• Be the creative lead for in-house specials and menus
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and achieve top scores on the doors
