Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Head Chef in Manchester to lead our kitchen team, drive menu development, and ensure exceptional standards across all dishes.

You will be responsible for maintaining stock, mentoring staff, and creating in-house specials, with opportunities to advance within our established pubs, inns and hotels network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead our kitchen team to consistently high standards.
• Develop and curate menus and specials using quality produce.
• Ensure stock control and cost controls are maintained.
• Mentor and train chefs and kitchen staff.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure 5* scores on the doors.
