Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across our pubs, inns and hotels in the North West and North Wales. You will maintain the highest standards, create dishes to specification and control stock.

You’ll mentor the team, develop in-house specials, ensure 5* scores on the doors, and drive service excellence while managing daily operations. This role offers career progression and access to staff benefits.
