Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded country pub near Kettering to recruit a Head Chef. The role leads the kitchen, shaping menus with fresh, seasonal ingredients and managing stock, purchasing and profitability.

You will drive kitchen standards across restaurant service, weddings and events, with opportunities to shape the menu and develop talented chefs in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or stepping up from Sous Chef with leadership responsibility.
• Strong background in fresh-food kitchens with seasonal ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen team while maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency.
• Oversee menu development, stock control, purchasing and kitchen profitability.
• Drive the business forward across restaurant service, weddings and events.
