You will drive kitchen standards across restaurant service, weddings and events, with opportunities to shape the menu and develop talented chefs in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or stepping up from Sous Chef with leadership responsibility.
• Strong background in fresh-food kitchens with seasonal ingredients.

About the Role

As Head Chef, you’ll take full responsibility for the kitchen, leading and developing the team while maintaining excellent standards of food quality and consistency. You’ll oversee menu development, stock control, purchasing and kitchen profitability, while helping drive the business forward across restaurant service, weddings and events.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a passionate Head Chef, or an ambitious Sous Chef ready to step up, with a strong background in fresh-food kitchens. You’ll be creative, commercially aware and confident leading a team, with a genuine passion for seasonal ingredients and developing talented chefs.
