Platinum Recruitment is working with a highly regarded dining pub with rooms near Hunstanton, Norfolk, seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead their kitchen.

You will take ownership of day-to-day operations, drive seasonal menus, and manage food quality, cost, and hygiene to maintain high hospitality standards. This role offers an attractive salary with tips and bonuses and potential live-in accommodation.

Formación

• Experience leading a kitchen brigade and delivering high-quality seasonal menus.
• Strong food safety hygiene and HACCP knowledge.
• Experience managing food cost, stock, and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Develop and evolve seasonal menus using fresh ingredients.
• Manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service.
• Control GP, stock, ordering and budgets.
• Recruit, train and mentor junior chefs.
• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation.
• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with senior management to enhance the food offering.
