Brockencote Hall Hotel, part of Eden Hotel Collection Limited, is seeking a Head Chef to shape Malvern Restaurant. You will lead the kitchen, plan menus, and drive consistent quality across fine dining, weddings, and events.

With 3 AA Rosette expectations, you will mentor chefs, control costs, and collaborate with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences. A forward‑looking role for a culinary leader committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at 3 AA Rosette level in luxury hotel or fine dining.
• Previous Head Chef role or Senior Sous Chef ready for next step.
• Strong passion for modern British cuisine and provenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary direction of Malvern Restaurant and its next chapter.
• Own day-to-day kitchen operations and manage the brigade.
• Oversee food delivery across restaurant, weddings and events.
