Job summary

Brockencote Hall Hotel in Worcestershire is seeking a Head Chef to lead Malvern Restaurant, our newly reimagined 3 AA Rosette dining venue, following a significant investment. You will own the daily kitchen operation, guide your brigade with creativity and pride, and push for excellence across menus that celebrate modern British cuisine and seasonal produce.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at 3 AA Rosette level in luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant or comparable hospitality environment.
• Head Chef role or significant senior kitchen leadership experience with readiness to take the next step.
• Genuine passion for modern British food, seasonality, provenance and ethically sourced produce.
• Strong operational and commercial awareness, with ability to manage food costs, labour, stock, suppliers and kitchen performance.
• Experience delivering food across varied operation including restaurant dining, weddings and events.

• Lead the culinary direction of Malvern Restaurant and shape its next chapter.
• Own day-to-day running of the kitchen and lead your brigade to deliver exceptional food with creativity and pride.
• Plan and organise kitchen operation and maintain standards across service.
