Job summary

Brockencote Hall Hotel in Worcestershire is seeking a visionary Head Chef to lead Malvern Restaurant, our newly reimagined 3 AA Rosette dining room. You’ll own the day-to-day kitchen operations, inspire your brigade, and deliver modern British menus that celebrate seasonal produce and provenance from our garden and apiary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at 3 AA Rosette level in luxury/hospitality settings.
• Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready for next step.
• Passion for modern British food and seasonal provenance.
• Strong operational and commercial awareness.
• Experience delivering food across restaurant, weddings and events.

Responsibilities
