Job summary

Brockencote Hall Hotel, part of Eden Hotel Collection, seeks an inspiring Head Chef to lead Malvern Restaurant and the kitchen operations across events and weddings. You will drive 3 AA Rosette standards with passion for modern British cuisine, nurture talent, manage costs, and collaborate with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll oversee day-to-day kitchen management, menu development, seasonal sourcing from our garden and apiary, and a culture of teamwork, pride

Qualifications

• 3 AA Rosette level experience in luxury hotel or fine dining.
• Experience leading a head chef or senior kitchen team.
• Passion for modern British cuisine, seasonality and provenance.
• Strong operational and cost-control skills.
• Experience delivering across restaurant, weddings and events.
• Collaborative leadership style and mentorship mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen operations for Malvern Restaurant and oversee day-to-day kitchen management.
• Develop menus celebrating modern British cuisine and seasonality; source locally where possible.
• Drive 3 AA Rosette standards and maintain consistency, quality and guest satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop the brigade, nurturing talent and building a positive kitchen culture.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and front-of-house to deliver memorable guest experiences across events.
