Are you a passionate and experienced chef ready to take the lead in a busy, fresh-food kitchen? The Eastham Ferry Hotel is looking for a Head Chef to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality seasonal dishes while maintaining high standards of performance and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a head chef or senior kitchen role
• Strong leadership skills – able to manage, motivate and develop a kitchen team
• Creative ability to design and deliver a fresh, seasonal menu
• Organised and efficient in creating kitchen rotas
• Focused on maintaining targeted food costs and GP margins
• Knowledgeable and proactive in ensuring hygiene compliance and top hygiene ratings
• Capable of maintaining kitchen paperwork and standards
