Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment seeks a Head Chef for a luxury hotel in Surrey. You will lead the kitchen for the restaurant, bar, meetings, events and functions, preparing AA Rosette level meals with seasonal ingredients.

You must be an experienced Head Chef from a luxury hotel background, able to manage and develop a team, and design menus that meet high standards and guest expectations.

Excellent Head Chef Role in Luxury Hotel in Surrey

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Surrey for a Head Chef to work in the kitchen at this luxury hotel. The property has an excellent repuation for its food and service standards and is looking for a Head Chef to prepare meals for the A la carte restaurant, bar, meetings & events and functions. The hotel has an exisitng brigade in place and is looking for an exoerienced Head Chef from a hotel background to manage the kitchen.

The Role

• Running the kitchen at the Hotel preparing meals for restaurant service, meetings and events and bar.
• Cooking AA Rosette level meals using fresh and seasonal ingredients
• Kitchen Management duties.
• Menu design.
• Managing and encouraging the kitchen team

The Person

• You will already be a Head Chef from a luxury hotel ideally 4 or 5*
• Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
• Have experience of managing and developing teams
