Job summary

The White Lion, part of Ember Inns, is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and deliver consistently high-quality food for guests. You will be responsible for kitchen management, ordering, prep, stock control and ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations, while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Join an established brand within the Innkeepers collection, with optional onsite accommodation (2 bedrooms).

  As Head Chef at the White Lion Hotel you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You'll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you'll keep our guests coming back for more. This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 7 room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.
