Job summary

Beech Tree, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Head Chef in the Hull area to lead a kitchen built on passion and high standards.

You'll inspire and train your team, manage food ordering, stock, and hygiene, and drive guest satisfaction with a branded menu across Ember Inns brands. A strong opportunity for career growth within a supportive pub-group.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to train and inspire kitchen teams to deliver high-quality food.
• Experience in managing food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations within a branded menu environment.

As Head Chef at the Beech Tree you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you'll keep our guests coming back for more
