Job summary

Barton Arms is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and inspire the team to deliver food of the highest standard, ensuring guests return for more. You’ll manage all kitchen operations, from ordering to stock control, and work with a branded menu across Ember Inns.

You’ll be supported by Mitchells & Butlers and benefit from schemes, discounts and a pension, with opportunities to grow and develop professionally in a community-focused pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a pub or hotel setting.
• Ability to manage food ordering, stock and budget.
• Comfort with a branded menu and standards.

As Head Chef at the Barton Arms you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
