MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking a Head Chef for the Old White Horse in Stourbridge, West Midlands. This live-in role offers a permanent, full-time position with on-site accommodation (1 bedroom) and pension benefits.

You will lead the kitchen, inspire the team and ensure the highest standards of food and guest experience. You’ll manage ordering, stock control, menu execution, and health and hygiene compliance while driving sales and staff development in a Branded Ember Inns environment.

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high-quality food.
• Ability to manage food ordering, stock control and budgets.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
