Job summary

The Fairfield Arms is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen built on passion and high standards. You’ll inspire your team, manage all kitchen areas and ensure every dish leaving the pass meets the brand’s expectations.

There is optional onsite accommodation (3 bedrooms). This role is ideal for someone looking for their first Head Chef appointment within a supportive pub group. You’ll work with a branded menu, enforce health & hygiene standards, and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage food ordering, stock and cost control.
