Job summary

Parogon Group is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchens in Crewe. You will drive exceptional food with a strong leadership presence, guiding the brigade, mentoring chefs, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to maintain high standards, develop the team, and ensure smooth service across multiple sites. A hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic hospitality group will excel here.
