Job summary

Parogon Group is seeking a dynamic Head Chef to lead our kitchen, crafting exceptional dishes and guiding a talented brigade. You will work closely with the General Manager to uphold our standards and drive a culture of culinary excellence.

In this role, you will develop staff, fine-tune menus, and ensure consistent quality across all shifts, while fostering inclusivity and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a head chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead a brigade and drive high standards.
• Strong attention to detail in flavour, technique and menu execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen and brigade to deliver exceptional food and service.
• Support the General Manager in daily operations and restaurant standards.
• Develop and mentor the team to reach their full potential and maintain a positive, inclusive kitchen culture.
