Job Description

We want our Head Chef to create a destination by delivering tasty, homely food through effective leadership of the kitchen team. We welcome innovative ideas for revenue growth, profitability, and challenging the status quo!

You will:

• Acknowledge, welcome, and assist customers
• Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
• Collaborate as part of the wider casino management team
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain chefs and kitchen staff; create plans based on objectives and goals during appraisals and reviews
• Manage stock control and achieve business GP margins
• Organize regular menu taste panels for the Front of House team
• Ensure compliance with NSF, EHO, and relevant audits
• Review menus and provide feedback to the Food & Beverage team at head office
• Ensure all menus meet brand standards and specifications
