Responsibilities
  • Manage the kitchen team to cook and serve nutritious, healthy meals that Residents will love.
  • Provide great choice, considering cultural preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Manage food stock and budgets efficiently.
  • Liaise with central support teams on nutrition standards compliance.
Qualifications
  • S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
  • Minimum Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Skills and Attributes
  • Positive energy and ability to get along with people.
  • Organized, autonomous, and able to plan and prioritize.
  • Follow recipes accurately.
  • Considerate and kind communication with Residents and colleagues.
