Head Chef Opportunity – 4-Star Hotel | Aberdeen | £39,691 + Tips + Bonus

Xpress Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a well-established 4-star hotel in Aberdeen to find their next Head Chef to lead their kitchen team. With 87 bedrooms and a restaurant serving 60–70 covers, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a quality-driven food operation in a respected venue.

Location: Aberdeen, West End
Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: £39,691 + tips + bonus potential

The Role

As Head Chef, you'll lead the day-to-day kitchen operation—from team management and stock control to menu development and service delivery. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is passionate about quality food, kitchen leadership, and team development.

You’ll be supported by a wider hotel management team but have autonomy to shape your kitchen and make a real impact.
