Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Head Chef for a popular hotel near Retford. The role involves managing the kitchen with an Executive Chef, delivering a Modern British Seasonal Menu, and leading a dedicated brigade.

You will work closely with the GM and Front of House team, producing fresh seasonal dishes and ensuring exceptional service. A hands-on leader with AA Rosette kitchen experience is essential.

Formación

• Must have been Head Chef or Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Excellent communicator with strong people skills.
• Experience in a fresh food kitchen to AA Rosette standard.
• Hands-on motivator and kitchen leader.

Head Chef - Excellent New Job Opportunity with Popular Hotel

Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular Hotel near Retford which serves an all fresh food menu to AA rosette level. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef to take the next step in their career and manage the hotel restaurant kitchen under an expereinced Executive Chef. The restaurant serves a Modern British Seasonal Menu. You will manage the kitchen for service and its an opportunity to cook without kitchen managment duties.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary to £40k plus tips

• Already working as a Head Chef or Sous
