Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, through Sizzling Pub & Grill, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen and inspire the team to deliver dishes of the highest standard. You’ll manage all kitchen operations and ensure consistent quality across menus.

You’ll train staff, control food ordering and stock, and uphold health and hygiene standards while driving guest satisfaction and brand excellence.

Job description

As Head Chef at the Blue Bowl you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
