Job summary

Mitchells & Butler Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Head Chef to lead kitchens across our brands and locations. You will drive food quality, train and mentor staff, manage ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Kitchen Manager is preferred.
• Ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team.
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Experience controlling food costs and stock levels.
• Willingness to work across multiple brands/locations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire the team to deliver high quality food.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction by meeting targets.
• Oversee kitchen operations: ordering, prep and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure compliance with standards.

I am recruiting Head Chef for various locations and brands across the area and am on the look out for both experienced and first appoint Head Chefs. All Head Chef roles have the additional bonus scheme based on targets and is paid quarterly if achieved.
