We are searching for aHead Chefto lead the kitchen team at Foxes Hotel -a unique operational hotel setting where young adults with learning disabilities gain the confidence, skills and qualifications they need to live independently and secure meaningful work in the hospitality sector.

Located in the heart of the friendly seaside town of Minehead, our award-winning training hotel and specialist college supports young adults with the life and hospitality skills to become work ready, life ready!

Your Role:

As Head Chef, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our professional kitchen
• Deliver consistently high standards in food quality, presentation, and safety
• Teach and mentor students in real-time kitchen settings, building both vocational and life skills
• Inspire and support young people with learning disabilities to become work ready, life ready

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior kitchen role (Head or Sous Chef level)
• NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications in catering (Level 3 or equivalent)
• Leadership that inspires excellence and inclusivity
• Experience in training or education is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of food hygiene, allergens, and health & safety
• Passion for working with young people with additional needs
