Formación

This quality country Inn with rooms nestled in the North York's Countryside very close to Malton & with close links to Northallerton, York & Thirsk is looking to recruit an experienced hands-on Head Chef to head up the kitchen at this fast-paced country Inn.

The Inn has a 100 cover restaurant serving an elevated gastro pub style menu and is a fast-paced high volume site, requiring a strong head chef to lead the team of 12 chefs serving the award-winning menu to locals and destination diners 7 days a week.

The ideal Chef will be able to demonstrate:

1. Experience working in a fast-paced high volume gastro pub or large restaurant
2. A proven fresh food led background, be it Gastro, Restaurant or Hotel
3. The position is ideally for an established head chef, due to the fast-paced nature of the venue
4. A desire to innovate & create, and be excited by local seasonal products
5. A sound understanding of kitchen management
6. Being mobile is a must due to location
