What We Seek

• Likely an experienced Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef seeking their first Head Chef role
• Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating strong culinary skills (food prep, hygiene, knife skills)
• A proactive work ethic, leading by example and actively contributing to high kitchen standards
• Ability to manage through KPIs, making decisions on labor, stock, and food safety
• Experience reporting on metrics like GPs, labor, and food prep
• Proven success in training and recruiting kitchen staff, including apprentices and junior chefs
