Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Colney Fox is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen, inspire the team, and consistently deliver the highest standard of food. You’ll manage ordering, prep and stock, oversee hygiene, and work with a branded menu in a live-in role within a traditional pub environment.

Salary Up to £44,000 with bonus and on-site accommodation; full-time hours with opportunities for growth and employee discounts across brands.

Job description

As Head Chef at the Colney Fox you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You'll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you'll keep our guests coming back for more Join us at Vintage Inns, a charming collection of rural pubs. You'll find roaring log fires, traditional food and a cosy atmosphere. If you want to be part of the Inn crowd, we want to hear from you. This opportunity comes with the added optional benefit of onsite accommodation, comprising a bedsit/studio. This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 16 room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.
