We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our 2 AA Rosette restaurant in Covent Garden, known for its fresh, seasonal Eastern Mediterranean cuisine.

This is a full-time position offering £60,000 per year, ideal for a Head Chef who leads from the front, inspires their team, and is ready to work closely with the Executive Chef on maintaining standards and evolving the menu.

What we`re looking for:

• A hands-on Head Chef who can confidently run daily kitchen operations
• Strong leadership: able to train, develop, and support a team with respect and professionalism
• High standards in food quality, hygiene, and consistency
• Solid experience with stock control, food costs, and team management
• A genuine interest in learning and working with Eastern Mediterranean cuisine
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead the kitchen team and set the tone through example
