Are you a Head Chef with strong experience in events and retail (cafe/restaurant)?

Our client, a contract caterer, is currently recruiting for an Executive Head Chef to join their team at one of their B&I sites.

We are looking for a Head Chef who has:

1. A background in contract catering at a Head Chef level
2. Experience managing a large BOH team
3. Strong events experience
4. Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
5. Passion for designing and creating bespoke menus
6. Good understanding of food, allergens, and health & safety
7. A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

Applicants must have been in a Head Chef position within the last year and come from a contract catering background.
