We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an ambitious new concept inspired by the bold flavours of Turkey and the Middle East. Think contemporary sharing plates, elevated regional dishes, and a sleek, modern setting in the heart of Canary Wharf.

You'll collaborate closely with the founders to shape and launch a fresh, vibrant menu – one that puts creativity, quality ingredients, and seasonal inspiration front and centre.
