The Inn Collection Group, an award-winning pubs with rooms company in the North of England and Wales, seeks a Head Chef for Offshore at Lytham St Annes. You will lead the kitchen, drive culinary excellence, and champion quality, freshness, and presentation across menus.

You will take full responsibility for daily operations, supplier relationships, and budgeted costs, ensuring consistent guest satisfaction and profitability within a fast-paced coastal environment.
