Job summary

St Austell Brewery is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a fast-paced pub environment, delivering high-quality, locally sourced dishes that delight guests.

You will oversee front of house and back of house, ensuring organisation, consistency, and strong product knowledge. The role requires adaptability, passion, and a proactive approach to managing budgets and sales targets to drive success.

• Lead the kitchen team to deliver quality food for guests in a fast-paced pub environment
• Back of house and front of house coordination to ensure smooth service
• Maintain organisational standards and consistent execution across all shifts
• Apply solid product knowledge to daily operations and menus
• Work with budgets and sales targets to support business goals
