Head Chef required for Modern Mediterranean kitchen Head chef required to manage a brigade of 6 in this popular restaurant. You will be a great man manage hands on and a good communicator. You must have a passion for great well sourced ingredients and cooking with the seasons Attractive working hours, 5 days in 7 and a great opportunity to grow and develop with an expanding group. Experience in FnB manager and Fourth would be good but training can be given.
