Assistant manager required for Modern Mediterranean café/restaurant for a new opening in south Kensington. A assistant manager to support the manager required to manage a small café/restaurant in central London. You will be a great manager, hands on and a good communicator with a passion for great well sourced ingredients and cooking with the seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and motivating a small team.
• Experience in FnB management and Fourth would be good but training can be given.
• Strong communication and hands-on leadership skills.
