About The Role
HC-One seeks a Head Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate, and knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. Beyond qualifications, we value your positive energy, ability to connect with people, organizational skills, and attention to detail in following recipes. When communicating with Residents or colleagues, kindness and consideration are essential.
