Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across our pubs. You will join a permanent salaried contract and play a key role in the pub management team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You'll inspire and develop a motivated kitchen crew, uphold high food and hygiene standards, and strive for excellence in service and quality across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or ready to step up from a Sous/ Second Chef position.
• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Positive attitude with the ability to create a buzz in the kitchen.
• Clear communication with your kitchen and wider pub team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen team to success and raise the bar across the kitchen.
• Maintain consistent food quality and speed of service targets.
• Ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
