Job summary

Marston's PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, delivering high-quality meals and maintaining hygiene standards. This is a permanent salaried role with clear career progression in a recognised pub company.

You'll manage a kitchen team, set standards across the pub, and drive guest satisfaction while working within our pub management structure. A strong track record in kitchen leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/Head Chef role or readiness to step up from Sous/Second Chef.

• Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen
