Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen teams and raise the standard of every dish across our pubs. You’ll be part of the pub management team, driving memorable guest experiences and ensuring consistent quality and service.

You’ll have prior Kitchen Manager/Head Chef experience or be ready to step up from a Sous/Second Chef role, with a focus on people development and food safety. A salaried contract offers security along with career growth opportunities.

• Maintain clear communication with your kitchen and wider pub team.
