About Arcade

Located in the heart of London’s Centre Point, Arcade brings together ten unique food brands under one roof, offering an eclectic mix of global cuisines—from Southern Thai and North Indian street food to Middle Eastern shawarma, American diner classics, and South American-inspired flavours.

This is an incredible opportunity for a talented and ambitious Head Chef from a high-volume, premium-branded background to make their mark within an innovative and growing hospitality group.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Lead the Kitchen – Oversee all aspects of the kitchen’s operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and consistency.
2. Inspire & Develop – Train, mentor, and develop a skilled brigade of chefs, fostering a culture of excellence.
3. Drive Standards – Maintain exceptional levels of food safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
4. Menu Execution – Work closely with our Head of Food and brand partners / directors.
5. Cost & Stock Control – Manage food costs, stock levels, and supplier relationships to ensure profitability and sustainability.
6. Grow with Us – Be part of an ambitious restaurant group that values creativity, innovation, and career progression.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, premium-branded restaurant.
2. Passion for global cuisines with a strong understanding of diverse cooking techniques and flavours.
3. Leadership skills to inspire and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
4. Ability to thrive under pressure, maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
5. Business acumen – confident in stock control, food cost management, and kitchen efficiency.
