Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Head Chef for Pike & Musket to lead a kitchen and build a team proud of its high standards. You will inspire your brigade, drive quality, and ensure every dish leaving the pass meets the brand’s expectations.

You’ll manage all kitchen areas, handle food ordering and stock control, work with a branded menu, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations. A rewarding role with strong bonus potential and growth opportunities.
