Job Opportunity: Head Chef at Balls Brothers Austin Friars

Responsibilities:
  • Take full responsibility for the successful running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of professionalism and operational efficiency.
  • Manage rotas, ordering, stock control, allergen management, menu planning, and team supervision.
  • Oversee the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of kitchen staff.
  • Be a positive influence on your team and foster a cohesive working environment.
  • Coordinate effectively with the General Manager and front-of-house team.
  • Engage positively with customers.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organize deliveries, and ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Represent the business professionally and uphold the highest standards in all aspects of the role.
